SASSA Takes Solutions to Fernie Local Community

Tuesday, August 27, 2024

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to your community.

SASSA are going to be rendering solutions for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency stated it really is alarmed about the higher variety of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The goal on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your superior range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This really is as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no totally functional office dedicated to service the area on a daily basis. The service issue made for intervention activities a large inflow of probable beneficiaries, which makes it difficult with the office to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA status sassa will mobilise extra assets to allow the servicing of all prospects and enhance access to Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
